What is the return policy?
Every KOMBINI piece is printed and made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Approved returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Because items are produced on demand, anything accurately printed to the ordered design is final sale unless it arrives flawed. For hygiene reasons, certain items (underwear, swimwear, socks, and similar) can't be returned under any circumstances. Sale and promotional items may also be final — this will be marked before checkout.
When will I get my order?
Each order goes through two stages: production (1–6 business days to print and prepare) and shipping (5–15 business days worldwide). You'll receive a tracking number once it ships. Total estimated delivery is roughly 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location and customs.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made on demand through our global production partner. Each piece is printed and quality-checked only after you order — no overstock, less waste — and shipped internationally to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay. We ship worldwide, though a few regions have restrictions — please confirm international delivery is available to your country before ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified while they're still "in review," before production begins. Once printing starts, we're unable to cancel, change, or refund the order. If you need a change, contact us as fast as possible after ordering.
